Our 1JZ Non-VVTi manifold is a split pulse T4 design with a single 44/45/46mm wastegate mount.

It uses 36mm ID for the runners made from the same 347 Stainless Steel all of our manifolds are made with.

We went with a single wastegate design to keep costs down as well as keeping the divider continuing almost all the way down to the wastegate mounting surface. This makes it easy if you want to have it divided or non divided, just simply weld in a piece of material. We do not feel this is required.

This design allows for turbos ranging from G30 all the way up to G45, or with PTE from 5858 through to 7175’s and larger.
