Raceworks RB20 RB25 RB26DETT Coil Conversion Kit
Ignition Coil conversion kit to suit the Nissan RB20DE/DET, RB25DE/DET (non-NEO engines) & RB26DETT utilising the R35 GTR Hitachi coils.
Comes with Raceworks bracket, Hitachi coils and wiring plugs.
OEM Igniter/Ignition Module must be removed as the VR38DETT Coils have built in igniters.
These coils run an increased dwell time over factory RB coils, therefore must be used with a programmable/aftermarket ECU.
Better & stronger spark than early Nissan coils even Splitfire’s.
Note:
1. Does not clear standard Nissan Coil Pack Cover
2 . Slight modification required to the rubber spark plug boot on the R35 coil pack.
What you need to do is remove the very bottom section of the boot (which comes off separately), turn it inside out, and trim it down with a blade. What this does is reduce the resistance of the rubber when pushing it onto the spark plug.
