- Orders received and paid before 12pm ACST are usually shipped within 1-2 business days unless special ordered, in which case will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order arrival.

- Goods classified as ‘dangerous’ can only be sent by road freight ie. Some additives, flammable items and some materials and parts, therefore, may have extended freight times for their size.
- Your order will be sent by the courier best suited for the parcel type.
